Project: Procurement of Foodstuff (Cake) (for Senior Citizen Gift Giving Birthday)


The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Peso(S) (Php 96,860.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Foodstuff (Cake) (for Senior Citizen Gift Giving Birthday) /****.



Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.


In view of this, the Municipality of Sta.Cruz invites all interested suppliers to submit quotations for the above-cited project starting February 19, 2020 until February 26, 2020. Please submit your quotation on or before February 26, 2020 at 9:30AM to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat.

The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid/quotation at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/Suppliers.
